If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
We do not accept change of mind returns for items purchased online.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at hello@brulife.com.au to complete your return before sending any returns to see if you are eligible for a return/refund. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for any return costs. If you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
